Corrections, disputes, and removals

The Charlotte Metro Concrete Contractor Guide lists concrete contractors in the Charlotte area with a score for each based on a single, fixed assessment rubric applied to all businesses. The scores come from public Google reviews, not paid surveys or advertiser input. Any concrete contractor can be listed free of charge, and payment has no effect on your listing details or score. Corrections to your listing

Your business name, address, phone number, website, service area, hours, or services can be corrected. Send the correct information along with something that verifies it, such as a link to your website, your Google Business Profile, or a document like a business license. Once a correction is confirmed, it stays on your listing through future updates to our data.

Disputing a score

Scores are never hand-adjusted. A score dispute is a claim that the data feeding the score is wrong: your listing is tied to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you by mistake, or a review summary misstates what reviewers actually wrote. Submit the reason you believe the data is incorrect, and we re-verify the original sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a different number; it is a claim about what the data shows.

Removal from the directory

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, if your listing is a duplicate of another, or if you fall outside the scope of a concrete contractor directory. Your accurate, in-scope listing may not be removed; in that case, you will receive a plain explanation of why the request was declined.

How long it takes

All requests are acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason.
