Terms for using this site

These terms apply to Charlotte Metro Concrete Contractor Guide, an independent directory of concrete contractor businesses in Charlotte Metro published by Great Work Research. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see ranking method); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.

No endorsement

A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.

How this site earns

We may pass your enquiry to a listed business or a partner, and we may be paid a referral fee when that happens. Referral fees have no effect on scores or rankings, which come from the published rubric applied to public review data and cannot be bought or adjusted.

Corrections, disputes, and removals

If your business is listed on this site and a detail is wrong, or you want to dispute a score or request removal, the process is set out in our listing policy.

Acceptable use

The site is for finding and contacting concrete contractor businesses. Do not scrape or bulk-copy the compiled content, send fake or misleading form submissions, attempt to disrupt how the site runs, or use it for anything unlawful.

Ownership of content

Great Work Research owns the compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, and the way the directory is assembled and presented. Source reviews stay with their authors on the platforms they were written on, and business names and marks remain the property of the businesses themselves.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Great Work Research is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on the information in it, or from your dealings with any business you find through it. Your agreement with a business you engage is between you and that business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Which law applies

These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of United States and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Updates to these terms
